Dr. Lee Ching Li is a Senior Lecturer in Nutrition & Dietetics and Head of the IRDI Nutrition Lab at the International Medical University (IMU), Malaysia. She holds a PhD in Medical and Health Sciences from IMU, an MSc in Community Nutrition, and a BSc (Hons) in Dietetics from Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia. A registered dietitian, Dr. Lee is widely recognized for her academic excellence and leadership in nutrition research and education. With over 15 years of experience in academia and clinical nutrition, she has led and collaborated on numerous research projects focusing on diabetes management, glycaemic response, lifestyle interventions, and public health nutrition. Her work has earned her multiple national awards, including the Malaysian Dietitians’ Association Best Thesis Award and IMU’s Teaching Excellence Award. Dr. Lee is also actively involved in postgraduate training and has previously served as Programme Director for IMU’s Postgraduate Diploma in Diabetes Management and Education. She continues to contribute to the advancement of nutrition science through her leadership, research, and mentorship in the field.
