Pakpadsorn Sarachantapong is a registered dietitian and senior nutritionist at Ajinomoto Co., (Thailand) Ltd., where she leads health and nutrition promotion initiatives. With a Master’s degree in Nutrition and a strong foundation in public health, her work focuses on integrating science-based nutrition into community programs and culinary education. Her previous roles include serving as a nutritionist for the FOOD FOR GOOD project and at Lamsonthi Hospital. She is actively involved in national nutrition efforts, including school lunch training and public education on sodium reduction in Thai cuisine. Pakpadsorn has presented at major conferences, including the 17th Thailand Congress of Nutrition, and has co-authored publications and books on food provision and Thai dietary practices. Her work bridges scientific nutrition with practical community implementation to improve public health outcomes.
