SOO Sek Yow is a nutritionist with strong background in health and nutrition campaigns. She is passionate about improving public health through evidence-based nutrition and debunking food and nutrition myths. Currently, she serves as the Head of Nutrition Unit for Ace Canning Corporation, where she develops and manages programmes aimed at disseminating health and nutritional benefits of soya, with a primary focus to healthcare professionals in Malaysia and other SEA countries. She also advises R&D and marketing departments with science-based nutrition information to ensure that the products and communication materials are accurate and aligned with the latest research.
