DrNurul Huda binti Razalli

Dr. Nurul Huda Razalli is a Senior Lecturer and Head of the Dietetic Programme at Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM). After obtaining her Bachelor's degree in Dietetics, she pursued her postgraduate studies in the United States and became a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) credentialed by the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR), USA. Her research focuses on hospital foodservice management, food waste reduction, texture-modified diets, and quality improvement in healthcare nutrition. She has led several funded research projects on hospital food waste in Malaysia, including the development of practical tools and interventions to improve food acceptance, reduce plate waste, and enhance the quality of hospital foodservice.
