Ma Ngoc Yen is a second-generation Vietnamese dietitian currently working as a clinical dietitian at the Hospital of the University of Medicine and Pharmacy – Linh Dam, Vietnam. She completed her Master's degree in Global Health at Nagasaki University, Japan, from 2022 to 2024. Since 2024, she has served as an editor of the Asian Young Dietitians Network (AYDN), contributing to regional collaboration and knowledge exchange among young dietitians across Asia. With more than seven years of experience in clinical nutrition, public health nutrition, and research, she has worked in both hospital and community settings in Vietnam and internationally. Her work includes international partnerships across Asia and Africa through research projects and regional nutrition initiatives aimed at strengthening the nutrition workforce. Her research expertise includes fieldwork, study coordination, data analysis, and publishing in peer-reviewed journals. Her interests focus on clinical nutrition, sustainable diets, nutrition workforce development, digital health, and implementation research.
