Ms Boh Shi Hui Malaysia

With over 15 years of dedicated service, Ms Boh Shi Hui has transitioned from being the sole dietitian to establishing and managing a department of dietitians while also overseeing the food service team at the hospital. Presently serving as the Corporate Dietitian at the group's headquarters, her primary responsibilities include strategizing, planning, and overseeing all aspects of dietetics and food services across the KPJ Group of Hospitals in Malaysia. Her expertise spans dietetics, food services, and outsourced services management within the hospital setting. She held various key roles including clinical surveyor for the group, internal auditor, team leader of Food Safety Management System, component leader of Nutritional & Nurturing Aspects of Food for Planetree, and preceptor for dietetics students. Driven by a passion for excellence, she consistently initiates and promotes quality improvement initiatives both within her expertise and beyond.
